This managed volume allows us to devote enough time to each client during each phase of the building process to make their home unique, of top quality and a profitable investment. Our homes range in value from $300,000 to $1,000,000.

About Us

Bob Donalson, President of RCD Builders is a dedicated builder with a hands-on approach who personally supervises each phase of construction for every home. As a 3rd generation builder, Bob had the benefit of working beside his father in all aspects of the building trade. Bob was born in Wilmington, Delaware and graduated from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering. He completed 6 years active duty as a Naval Flight Officer serving in the US and Europe. After leaving full time service with the Navy, Bob earned an M.B.A. in Business Management and continued serving in the Navy Reserve and retired as a Navy Captain. With over 20 years experience in executive level management in the Navy, IBM, CompuCom Systems, Bell Atlantic and Broadreach Consulting, Bob brings both integrity and exceptional managerial skills to each new home construction project. He is a Trustee for Triangle Community Church where he heads the building committee as the congregation undertakes phase II of their Building Plans.
